Located on her grandfather’s historic homestead, the owner wanted to retire in her childhood home. The 1940’s era bungalow was moved to a more desirable part of the site and was remodeled and historic elements thoroughly restored. Formwest designed an addition to provide for a modern kitchen and great room, plus large mudroom and double garage.
