The clients for this project wanted a home that would remind them of their longtime residence in Connecticut. Steve worked closely with them to understand their ideas about space, connectivity and architectural charm. The home includes 4-bedrooms and 3.5 baths, kitchen and formal dining room with connecting butler’s pantry, brick floored sunroom, and expansive mudroom with connection the 3-car garage. Exterior elements include two south facing covered patios and a swimming pool.
