Historic Irvington

Working with Buildworks Group, Formwest designed a large addition to an existing bungalow in Portland’s Historic Irvington District. Strict design guidelines for meant that the new addition could not impact the street view of the original structure. Careful attention to massing and detailing of the addition allowed Formwest to almost double the livable space, while keeping true to the aesthetic of the original architecture.
